The fire safe system has been developed to comply with building regulations which now requires the fitting to effectively restore the fire integrity of the ceiling and maintain an acoustic barrier.
Fittings come complete with 3 x 1 watt LED GU10 lamp,Available in Cool White and Warm White LED's,Cool running,Fire tested to full 100 minutes and approved to BS476 Part 1 1987.Acoustically tested to BSEN140-3 and BSEN ISO 140-6 1987.Available in GU10 or LV,Complies with Part P of the building regulations.Complies with all the relevant requirements of part B of the building regulations - fire safety.Complies with with all relevant requirements of part E of the building regulations - resistance to the passage of sound.Once installed the light fittings offer long term protection immediately.
